The Belnord
The Belnord is an iconic Upper West Side landmark that occupies an entire city block bounded by West 86th and 87th Streets, Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway. Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the world-renowned architecture firm is overseeing the restoration of the original architecture and re-imagining the interiors for the residences.
To allow clients to envision future residences, Technology West Group was a vital member of the team responsible for what potential buyers see in the sales center. The sales office focus’ on an interactive display of apartments and their views.
The high-resolution photos and renderings appear when buyers select different units from the touch interface. This, in turn, highlights the units on the 3D model of the tower to show exactly where they are in the building. Visitors can also peer through dioramas of particular units to get a feel for the view through the space.
