With prior roles at Universal Creative and TechnoMedia Solutions, Richard has managed high-profile projects, from theme parks to luxury hotels. Since assuming ownership of Technology West Group in 2023, Richard has continued to guide the company as a leader in audio video systems and hospitality technology.

Vice President of Engineering
Andrew brings over 35 years of expertise in AV system design, film production, and tour sound. He has led major projects for Disney attractions like Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run and Muppet Vision 3D, showcasing his talent for creating immersive AV experiences. He also contributed to the JBL Professional AE and PD loudspeaker lines, which remain industry staples. As a testament to his innovation, Andrew holds a U.S. patent for his design of a steerable low-frequency loudspeaker array.

Brandon Burley
Director of Engineering
Brandon Burley has built a solid reputation in the Las Vegas AV market for over 20 years. Joining Technology West Group in 2013 from an in-house design role at a major Las Vegas property, he has excelled as an audio engineer, AV engineer, programmer, project manager, and now serves as director of the engineering team. Dedicated to continuous improvement, Brandon actively enhances his skills to keep pace with industry growth.
